We can help you choose your exact design and colours. We have 1500 colours to choose from and a wide variety of designs. All of our designs can be tweaked and changed to suit your room. Our designs are available in all weaving techniques (flat weave, hand tufted and hand knotted).
The yarns are all hand dyed and we source the finest wools from New Zealand and the Himalayas.
Initial Consultation
This can either be done via email, phone or here, in our Norfolk Studio. You can then tell us all about your project, share images and discuss the look you are looking to achieve.
Choosing the right design and colour
Once the design has been chosen, we then help you select your colours. We can send you colour poms, to match your fabrics, paint colours and anything else you are working with.
Digital Rendering
We can then supply you with a visual mock up (a digital rendering) for your approval. As soon as the sample is approved, we place the order with our suppliers in India.
Placing Your Order
We require a 50% deposit upon written confirmation of order and the remainder upon completion of your rug, prior to leaving India.
Updates & Shipping
Our lead times are approximately 12 weeks from receipt of order. We will send updates on your order and once complete, your rug will be carefully wrapped and sent by air courier. It will then be yours to enjoy for years to come.
Installation
We can also arrange for the installation of your rug but there will be a minimal charge for this.
